Jessamyn Fitzpatrick

“I love the iterative process of collaborating with other researchers to understand key emotional drivers and truths about people. I love the way this work helps me empathize and understand people better.”

Jessamyn Fitzpatrick brings her passion for understanding and empathizing with people to her role as a Researcher, ideal traits that support Brandtrust’s drive for human truth and transformation. A diverse background in art, theatre, and social justice education has elevated Jessamyn with the unique trait and privilege of making quick connections with people from different lived experiences and distilling those conversations into shared human truths.

Prior to Brandtrust, Jessamyn graduated from Reed College with a degree in Theatre-Literatur. Her interest in anthropology, particularly the way cultural objects, such as art and media, impact relationships, expectations and social norms, have inspired many avenues of her life as a freelance artist, educator, and actor.

Chicago born and raised, Jessamyn holds her hometown, and her beloved theater scene, close to her heart. Bitten by the travel bug early on in life, she is always on the lookout for her next adventure, but for now calls New York City “home”—where she is learning to accept ketchup on hotdogs.
