I’m skilled at taking the improv spirit of “yes, and…” to heart! My educational background in marketing and Hispanic studies led me first to a multicultural marketing firm outside of Washington, DC, helping companies in the US better understand and reach diverse audiences. My work as an Associate Director at Brandtrust now marries marketing instead with the social sciences, in revealing how we’re all a little less rational that we tend to like to think – and why that matters for changing our behavior. As the lead for our pharma industry vertical, I have a special focus in oncology and have also worked with patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional audiences across cardiology, endocrinology, hematology, nephrology, neurology, psychiatry, pulmonology, and urology. I find joy in seeing how Brandtrust (on the daily) answers a client’s research questions in a way that will ultimately translate into meaningful human impact on their business.
I believe in the power of story and the beauty of words. I believe that the little things matter and that places can make us more or less of ourselves. I believe in knowing yourself, in both routine and novelty, and in the importance of a great question. I believe that relationships are one of the best, the hardest, and the most lasting parts of life that we have.
I provide insight-driven strategic direction for brand development, innovation and behavior design, with an emphasis in the pharma industry. I have a heart for work that particularly focuses on rare and genetic diseases.
