I am an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist who will soon be wrapping up my doctoral study focused on a hidden problem within nonprofit organizations. For the last decade until just before the pandemic, I was a regional director of training and organizational development for a multinational hospitality conglomerate. But, for nearly three decades I have been an independent consultant focused on helping organizations reach their human potential. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, and in October 2023, I will earn a PhD in business psychology.
I am a frustrated, classical musician who spends as much time as he can sitting at the piano. My husband and I love filling our home with the laughter and love of our friends. Although I love cooking for my friends, one of my favorite things to do since the pandemic is to invite friends over but instead of having everything all prepared, we cook together. I spend a lot of my days packing and unpacking my suitcase as I move around the country/globe sharing ideas with clients and colleagues. When I am not working with clients, I am teaching under/graduate classes in research methods, abnormal psychology, and statistics—students from all walks of life “love” statistics!
I help clients activate their corporate values for the overall benefit of their internal and external customers through conducting the kind of market research that gets to the Human Truth underneath common ideas or ordinary assumptions.
