Jaimes "Jaime" McNeal

“I thoroughly enjoy the camaraderie of working in a team of researchers focused on understanding the emotional journey of respondents recruited for Brandtrust studies. Each respondent is a unique opportunity to step into another person’s shoes to see the world from their perspective. At the end of the interview, I am always amazed at the level of trust, intimacy, and willingness granted by the respondents as they share their journey.”

Jaime McNeal has focused his entire career satisfying his curiosity around how people behave in the work environment. With a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology and currently finishing a PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, he is perfectly suited for the Researcher role at Brandtrust.

Prior to Brandtrust, Jaime was the Regional Director of Training and Organizational Development for one of the largest hospitality organizations in the world. A self-proclaimed devotee to the teachings of William Kahn, the father of employee engagement, he is most curious about how he might be able to extend Kahn’s theory with other demographics not yet investigated. Jaime’s strength is in his ability to identify beliefs and behaviors that inhibit desired outcomes.

Jaime grew up in Chicago but his passion for people and travel has led him to live in numerous places across the globe including New York, St. Louis, the capital city of Tegucigalpa in Central America, London, Rome, and now San Diego—his home for the last 10 years. Outside of work, Jaime loves to spend time with his husband and their goddaughter, playing tennis and the piano, and cooking.
