WHO I AM AS A HUMAN DOING (Professional Self): Currently, I thrive on nurturing our passionate team and our 100% Human culture. When I joined Brandtrust, it was a company with a handful of people – focused on the vision to bring applied social and behavioral science to build a business – exactly the kind of environment where I excel. Prior to Brandtrust, I served in leadership roles at iXL/Razorfish and TwoWay Communications after successfully building the in-house Creative Services Group at Abbott Laboratories. The part of my job as Director of People and Culture that brings me joy is growing our amazing team through talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement while creating a 100% Human workplace environment that optimizes individual and organizational growth.
WHO I AM AS A HUMAN BEING (Personal Self): I am a caring soul that wears my heart on my sleeve and deeply invested in the relationships in my life. I am a loving wife to my husband, Kirk, a nurturing mother to my children, Grace and Drew. I am a city girl who loves experiencing new restaurants, exploring new neighborhoods, and shopping local boutiques. I am Yoga lover, fanatical about getting my steps in and love entertaining family and friends. Most importantly, I am a passionate believer in the power of empathy and how it is essential for understanding others and making a meaningful impact.
WHAT I DO AT BRANDTRUST: I strategically cultivate an authentic and inclusive environment for our employees across multiple modes of performance management while also managing external partnerships and proactively building a robust network of strategic resources.
