I am a highly adaptable consumer insights consultant with 7 years of experience and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. I work within a wide variety of categories, contributing to a constant state of learning. Driven by empathy and storytelling, I utilize strengths such as individualization, development and strategic thinking to help drive brands forward using human truth. A particular strength of mine is connecting the dots between human truths and brand equity across a wide range of categories, from oncology treatments to mass retailers. I am passionate about helping clients craft clear and concise research questions that lead to the most impactful insights.

As a recent transplant to Denver, I enjoy being “outdoorsy” with a healthy balance of being “indoorsy”. Catch me on the weekends at a brewery listening to live music, going hiking, or searching for the latest thrift finds. I’m looking forward to traveling locally and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. I’m the youngest of 4 girls and a proud aunt to 3 littles (and counting!) Those that I have the privilege of doing life with would describe me as thoughtful, caring and just a little weird.
