The Observational Video:
Highlighting what customers are really doing.
It's not uncommon for clients to ask us if we can capture video as part of an Ethnographic Inquiry project. A question typically followed by: "and is it any good?"
Since seeing is believing, we developed this little demonstration video as part of our Original Inquiry project where we reinvented the Gas Grills. This "observational" style video isn't as highly polished as our Contextual Inquiry videos, but it works well in a Kaizen as a way to help spark meaningful dialogue about addressing unmet customer needs and untapped opportunity spaces.
