Evoking the voice of the customer
As part of a Contextual Inquiry project, we develop an Empathy Video, a video montage that brings the voice of our respondents to life. It's fast. It's compelling. And, it brings feelings to findings.
The approach to producing a film concurrently with our research findings can be a bit hectic, but we've refined it over the years and discovered the sweet spot where the worlds of qualitative research and documentary film begin to intersect. With a team of researchers leading the interview and synthesis process while a production team is filming and editing, we are able to get impressive results in a short timeframe.
