The Kaizen:
An action-focused accelerated worksession

Whether the end objective is new product innovation or a differentiating market position, our understanding of psychology and group dynamics help client teams create ideas that lead to competitive advantage through accelerated work sessions called kaizens—a Japanese term meaning "improvement" or "change for the better" that refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement.

A supportive, facilitated environment encourages participants to build ideas upon a common foundation of insight. Small groups that have been constructed to diminish hierarchical distinctions and functional silos work together on exercises that encourage reflection through synthesis. While each session is designed to meet the needs of the particular client challenge, they all follow a structured framework that unleashes collaboration by progressing from immersion and insight to reflection and internalization of ideas to building consensus for action.
