Katie Suib
Senior Consultant
Katie has come to her role as a Senior Consultant at Brandtrust via a somewhat peripatetic path. She studied International Management and minored in Political Science, then moved to Chicago and came across Brandtrust in pursuit of a career in non-profits and theater. Flash forward these many years later and Katie has become a bit of a jack-of-all-trades of Brandtrust, seamlessly mastering Brandtrust's processes from start to finish, inside and out. Katie began with Brandtrust in the New Business function, and rose to become sales team lead and eventually helm the company's CRM efforts. At the same time, in an effort to understand Brandtrust's processes more intimately, she trained to become an Emotional Inquiry® researcher, and ended up excelling in that role and serving on many projects to the delight of her colleagues and clients alike. Now, she combines both of these knowledge bases as a Senior Strategic Consultant.
Katie has harnessed her academic training and work and life experience to bring insight to her analysis of client issues and findings on behalf of Kimberly-Clark, Nestlé, Stryker, Kraft Foods, GlaxoSmithKline and many others. In addition, she says that working at Brandtrust is so rewarding because, “Brandtrust helps companies grow into better organizations overall. Clients walk away from Brandtrust projects with a focus on what’s important: how to keep their promises and better serve their customers. How can you argue with that?”
In her spare time, Katie performs and teaches with Barrel of Monkeys, a theater group that takes Chicago Public School students’ stories and adapts them into short plays and songs they then perform throughout the city.
